Additional opportunities for confrontation in structured activities, designed and conceived to foster the relational dimension.
The Pillars of the CEFA Schools Educational Project, Tutoring and Personalized Education, have been joined over time by other educational projects: bilingualism, internationality, and more recently, the advent of Educational Robotics and STEAM disciplines.
In the last few years CEFA Schools have introduced many initiatives with the objective of improving the educational and didactic offer for the benefit of the students that attend their schools. In particular, the schools’ didactic processes have been revised and new activities have been launched, such as “STEAM in English” and “LiveSchool” for Primary and Secondary school, and “Zer0six” for the 0-6 age group. Selection and training processes of new personnel have been improved, and exchange between teachers from Petranova and Iunior has started for their valorisation of excellences.
Each intervention has always had at its foundation the educational project which, since its birth, has characterized CEFA schools: the central role of the family and the attention to the person.
The study of today’s youth characteristics, the experience of our teachers, the ascertainment of the complexity of social relations, the increasingly global dimension of our society, the needs for new forms of support to parents, these all have motivated us to find new educational and schooling paths, without losing the heritage built over 40 years of CEFA Schools.
Today, CEFA Schools enhance the Homogeneous Educational project by dividing education by age groups, and favouring the relational dimension: structured, studied and thought-out moments of meeting and confrontation between male and female students
Giovanni Vicari, CEFA General Manager, explains how through the Development of the Educational Project the education in single sex classes of CEFA Schools is being enhanced with respect to the needs of contemporary society.
