Each Colomba is the result of a meticulous process that follows traditional methods to ensure a soft, flavourful texture: high-quality flours and natural ingredients come together to create a fragrant, fluffy dessert, perfect for sharing with family and friends.
Purchasing the CEFA Artisan Colomba is more than just enjoying a delicious Easter cake—it’s also an act of support and community. Proceeds contribute to the Discount Fund, which helps CEFA Schools make education accessible to all families.
The Colomba is available in four flavours: classic, salted caramel, chocolate, and pistachio. You can place your order for your favourite flavour until April 4.
