DISCOVER ONESELF AND THE WORLD WHILE GROWING

Being educated in Cefa involves all aspects boys’ and girls’ being physical, cognitive and spiritual.

The teacher engages each student triggering participated learning processes and developing soft skills through laboratorial, technological and traditional activities.

In our standard of teaching we wish to build an exciting and enthralling path towards knowledge, that might permeate every aspect of the child's relationship with the surrounding world.

Total Learning Education

We consider personal growth a challenge that every boy is called to face with his own energies and his own curiosity. Our task is to support them in the process, and this is what we do with all the CEFA schools’ teachers and tutors.

This accompanying process involves not only the children but also their parents; we try to be constant interlocutors not only for each student but also for his and her family.

HOMOGENEOUS EDUCATION: A FURTHER OPPORTUNITY TO TACKLE THE PROCESS OF GROWING UP

Experience gained over the years teaches us that boys and girls, at different stages of their schooling years, have different learning processes regarding times and methods.  

This is why we consider homogenous education as a choice of personal opportunity, through which we put every single student in the best condition to face his own growth path.

TIMES AND SPACES OF HOMOGENEOUS EDUCATION

Education is homogeneous for children up to six years of age and in gender for Primary and Secondary cycles.

Beginning from the school year 2024/2025 pupils of CEFA Primary and Secondary Schools will attend lessons at the same location.

Thus, the Educational Offer is enriched by a relational process: lessons, activities and experiences structured and finalised to the development of their capacity for togetherness.

WE TEACH WHILE WALKING TOGETHER

I docenti Teachers at CEFA Schools comply with precise values and didactic methodologies. this is the reason why we can guarantee a unity of intent and methods: work in equipe, structured by departmental meetings, board of teachers and class teachers’ meetings where each one gives his/her personal and experienced contribution.

All syllabus projects, both educational or formative, undergo a reision in the teachers’ work sessions during the months of June and July.

Ogni docente si dedica a stage di formazione periodici ed è affiancato da a figure with whom he plans the subjects’ yearly plan and personalised targeted action in favour of each pupil.
