COOPERATING WITH FAMILIES

The family, who is naturally responsible for the education of children, plays a crucial role in CEFA schools, participating directly in the formulation of educational objectives.  

 The relationship between parents and teachers is essential for the definition and achievement of the pupil’s personal objectives and represents the axis of the CEFA schools’ educational project: each pupil receives all the personalised attention that will bring to a complete and harmonic development of his potential.

The Department of Family Collaboration – DCF –
, offers parents the opportunity to meet in regular meetings 
, twice a year:
the main aspects of the path of growth in group dynamics are outlined and strategies 
, methods and objectives
are established to improve relationships among the students, starting from the personal commitment of the educator, be it parent or teacher.

WE ESTABLISH TRUSTWORTHY RELATIONSHIPS

Parents have the opportunity of sharing and comparing ideas with their child’s tutor at least three times a year with the objective of establishing human and cultural development strategies, from the starting point of the didactic outcome in all the subjects of his/her school program.The distinctive trait of the parent-tutor relationship is determined by a solid and effective trust in one another.

The experience gained by our staff, supported by assiduous further training, enables us to support families by promoting pedagogical orientation meetings, educational information meetings, conferences on current topics, study and research groups.

The tutor, who has characterised the CEFA schools from the beginning is a class teacher who, starting from the typically didactic aspects, creates with each pupil and his or her parents a personalised and complete educational path, where didactics and values walk hand in hand.

WE ALLOW SPACE FOR INDIVIDUAL GROWTH

Each tutor meets monthly the student entrusted to him and every three months his or her parents, supporting the pupil and the parents in the daily school work load and launching new challenges for personal improvement and, in case of slight difficulties, giving mutual support and advice.
